May Challenge Healthy Eating Update
Hello Blessings
I am going to be doing a challenge for month May to Juice..I will be posting the details before Wed May 1
For the month of April I participated in a green smoothies challenge and this has completely changed my life and set me free of some health aliments that I had. I suffered badly chronic migraines, since incorporating the green smoothies into my diet I must say That Glory be to God I am migraine free. Yes honey migraine free..and it's soon amazing that you to to doctors and they were prescribing me everything but the kitchen sink..lol literally ..I just Praise God daily and thank him for showing me that eating right and doing simple things like drinking sufficient amount of water and a little exercise has changed my life..and yes there has been some weight loss started off at 173 now down to 166..slow and steady wins the race!!

April Curlkit
April Curl kit is in..this time it was received timely, but I am just not happy with it..I gave it another try but I have officially canceled..seems like the products just keep going down..a little disgruntled with some of the IG posts from curl kit having us thinking we were getting not one but two full sized products of moisturizer of KBB and a product from Naturalista..but they were both sample size..I guess its all in the wording..as for me I am learning buyer beware!! Proceed with caution..lmbo!
I will be trying out the swap sack and curl collection.. And if those don't work I will just buy what I need when I need..
As always live this life too the fullest and spread love as Our heavenly father Instructs us too..Many Blessings
